Dear Students, Parents, and Esteemed Stakeholders,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Rolpa Polytechnic Institute, a prestigious constituent institute of the Council for Technical and Vocational Training. Established in 2074 BS, our institution is committed to providing high-quality technical education and vocational training to the youth of our region and beyond. Located in hilly areas, where the majority of the population comes from low-income backgrounds, we understand the importance of accessible, skill-based education that can pave the way for a better future.

Technical education and vocational training are essential for the economic and social development of our nation. In today’s rapidly evolving world, theoretical knowledge alone is not enough to thrive. By equipping our students with hands-on skills and practical knowledge, we are enabling them to become highly skilled professionals who can contribute meaningfully to society. Our goal is to produce a well-trained workforce that can meet the growing demand for technical expertise, which is vital for the nation’s progress.

At Rolpa Polytechnic Institute, we take pride in offering excellent facilities that cater to both academic and personal development. Our sound academic buildings are equipped with modern teaching aids, including Overhead Projectors (OHP) and smart boards, to enhance the learning experience. We have well-equipped, separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany, which provide students with the opportunity to conduct practical experiments and develop a deeper understanding of their subjects. In addition, our institution has a canteen, an agriculture farm, a livestock farm, and a poultry house, giving students the chance to apply their learning in real-world settings.

For the convenience and safety of our female students, we offer a well-maintained girls’ hostel, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Our serene and peaceful campus further provides the ideal atmosphere for focused learning and personal growth. Moreover, we are proud of our highly qualified and experienced faculty members who are dedicated to guiding students and nurturing their talents to the fullest.

We offer a range of courses designed to meet the demands of the current job market. Our flagship programs include the 3-year Diplomas in Agriculture (Plant Science), Agriculture (Animal Science), and Information Technology. In addition to these degree programs, we also offer short-term vocational courses aimed at producing a skilled workforce for the nation, ranging from basic to mid-level technical training. These programs are designed to ensure that our graduates are not only employable but also capable of becoming successful entrepreneurs.
